Dr. Elizabeth Fourcade

Dr. Fourcade was born in Pittsburgh, PA. She completed her undergraduate studies at Yale, attended Case Western Reserve University for medical school, and completed her residency in Psychiatry at Stony Brook University Hospital. She is a Board Certified General Psychiatrist. She has previously served as a Clinical Instructor for residency programs at Allegheny Health Network and Stony Brook University Hospital. She has served as a coauthor on numerous research papers concerning psychiatric topics.

Dr. Craig Feaster

Craig Feaster, MD, joined the Nulton Diagnostic team as the treating psychiatrist for the Child and Adolescent Partial Hospitalization Program in 2018. Dr. Feaster is native to this area and studied at Pennsylvania State University College of Medicine, where he earned his MD. He completed his Fellowship in Child and Adolescent Psychiatry, is Board Certified in General and Child & Adolescent Psychiatry, and is a member of the American Academy of Child and Adolescent Psychiatry (AACAP). Dr. Feaster has been practicing since 2001 and specializes in treating complicated behavioral and mental health disorders in children, especially autism spectrum disorders. The Partial Hospitalization Program is privileged to have such passionate and dedicated providers on our team.

Annie Fiffick, PhD

Annie Fiffick, Ph.D. obtained her Bachelor’s Degree from the University of Pittsburgh, in Greensburg, Pennsylvania and her Master of Science Degree from Point Park University, in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania. Dr. Fiffick obtained her Ph.D. from Point Park University in Community Engagement in 2023.
Dr. Fiffick is the Director of Community Outreach and Data Management for Nulton Diagnostic and Treatment Center (NDTC). She has been at NDTC for three years and currently oversees the outreach for agency (including attending community events), establishment of community partners, marketing for the agency and oversees all program data to ensure that programs meeting their intended outcomes.

Chelsea Breimann, MA

Chelsea is a graduate of King’s College in Wilkes-Barre, PA with a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology with a minor in Neuroscience. She received her Master’s Degree in Psychology with a forensic focus from The Derner Institute of Advanced Psychological Studies in Garden City, NY. Chelsea is in the process of completing her Doctorate in Clinical Psychology with a focus in Health Psychology through the APA accredited, Fielding Graduate University. She is a Lieutenant in the United States Air Force and recipient of the Health Professions Scholarship. She has worked in various positions across the mental health field for the last 10 years. From mental health worker and psychometrist to program coordinator and clinical supervisor. Chelsea now serves as the Regional Director of Operations (in the Northeast) at NDTC.

Bethany Yingling, LPC

Bethany Yingling, LPC, serves as Director of the REACH Walk-In Center and brings over 20 years of experience in behavioral health. She holds a bachelor’s degree in Psychology from Penn State University and a master’s degree in Professional Counseling with a specialty in Forensics from Argosy University. Her professional background spans outpatient, residential, and community-based settings, giving her a comprehensive understanding of service delivery across the continuum of care.
Bethany has extensive experience in clinical supervision, program development, and operational leadership. She has led multidisciplinary teams and helped design and implement services that improve access, coordination, and quality of care. She is committed to ensuring individuals and families receive effective, responsive support and to building systems that meet evolving community needs.
Bethany is passionate about supporting individuals and families during times of need. She emphasizes collaboration and creating a welcoming environment where individuals feel heard and supported, with a focus on ensuring access to care at critical points of entry.

Jaemie Markel

Jaemie graduated from the Greater Johnstown Career & Technology Center in 1998 in the Health Assistant field. She began her employment with the agency in 2003, where she worked as both a transcriptionist and assistant to the HR/payroll director. Jaemie became the Director of Transcription in 2010 and most recently took on an additional role as Project Coordinator. Jaemie has been with the agency for over 21 years.

Jorden Bodenschatz, MSW

Jorden graduated from Point Park University in 2017 with a Bachelor’s Degree in Creative Writing and a minor in psychology. She then obtained her Master’s Degree in Social Work from University of Pittsburgh in 2021. Jorden has six (6) years of experience working in the mental health field. She has worked in many positions such as mental health worker, drug and alcohol counselor, mobile crisis worker, supervisor, and is now the director of intensive services at NDTC. Jorden currently oversees both the Enhanced Outpatient Program (EOP) and Community Based Intensive Treatment Program (CBIT) in Blair and Cambria Counties.

Shawna Kosakowski, LCSW

Shawna graduated from Edinboro University of Pennsylvania in 2003 with a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology and went on to complete her Master’s in Social Work from The University of Pittsburgh in 2009. She has been an Outpatient Therapist at Nulton Diagnostic & Treatment Center since 2012 and added the role of Clinical Director of Outpatient Therapy in 2024. Shawna has over 20 years of experience in the social work field, specializing in trauma-based treatments.

Chelsa Polonia, MPAS, PA-C, CAQ Psychiatry

Chelsa Polonia was born and raised in Somerset County. She attended Saint Francis University where she obtained a Bachelor’s degree in Health Sciences in 2010, and a Master’s degree in Physician Assistant Sciences in 2011. Chelsa is a Physician Assistant, certified by the National Commission on Certification of Physician Assistants, since 2011. In 2020, Chelsa also obtained a CAQ in Psychiatry. Chelsa has been employed by Nulton Diagnostic and Treatment Center since 2015, where she treats children, adolescent and adult patients in Cambria and Somerset Counties. Also, she is currently serving as the Clinical Director of Advanced Practice Providers.

Kyle A. Straub, LMSW

Kyle is a Licensed Social Worker with more than 11 years of experience supporting children, adolescents, and families. He earned his Bachelor’s degree in Rehabilitation Sciences and Human Services, with a concentration in Developmental Disabilities, from Clarion University of Pennsylvania in 2015, followed by a Master of Social Work from Edinboro University of Pennsylvania in 2022. Kyle joined Nulton Diagnostic & Treatment Center (NDTC) in October 2024 and has held a variety of clinical roles, including Behavioral Consultant, Mobile Therapist, Outpatient Therapist, and Clinical Evaluator. In his current role as Director of IBHS & Children’s Services, Kyle assists in overseeing program development, clinical quality, and service delivery of the Community Based Intensive Treatment for Kids (CBITKids) program in Bedford, Blair, Cambria, Clarion, and Somerset Counties.
